Return, Refund, Pricing, Shipping Policies

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Nismopar. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.


Within 30 business days of placing your order you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. Orders must be inspected for accuracy and condition of parts within 5 business days. No claims past 5 business days will be considered. All parts must be in their original condition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. All parts must also be returned with all of the original packaging. All official Mopar boxes, bags, etc. must be returned with the item. It must be in new resalable condition. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, lodging expenses or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping / handling charges. If you want us to generate a return shipping label for you, the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns will subject the customer to a 25% restocking fee. There are NO returns on radios, airbags, inflators, pretensioners, seatbelts, ecm's, pdc's, bcm's, ecu's or any installed electrical component.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Attn: Returns RMA # XXX, Florida USA Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in this online catalog supersede all previous catalogs. We cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct any misprints. We will notify you before charging you more than the price shown in this catalog during the online catalog's life.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping listed on any listing is valid for 48 Continuous States. Only to lower 48 States. Free shipping does not include HI or AK.
